By accessing or using the knokit platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

knokit is an AI-powered development tool that assists users in building, validating, and managing Workday Extend applications. The Service includes app generation, code validation, live preview, and related features.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
  • Use the Service to generate content that violates third-party rights

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the Workday Extend applications and code you create using the Service. knokit retains all rights to the platform, tools, and underlying technology.

6. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion.

7. Usage Limits and Credits

Each plan includes a monthly generation allowance. When exceeded, additional generations may be purchased as credits. Unused generations do not roll over between billing periods.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated code will be error-free or suitable for production deployment without review.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, knokit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the email associated with your account. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
